“The greatest things that we have learnt from Panos are issues to do with HIV/AIDS. Before then, we could not go for voluntary counselling and testing (VCT). After we learnt about it – from a lesson on HIV//AIDS on the radio – we were able to go for testing for HIV. From then most of us knew our status, and were able to assist others who were sick, and those who were sick and did not yet know their status, and advised them to go and get tested. This means that now those people have been getting medication from the health services.
