Panos has enabled new radio stations to embrace digital technology – by running training workshops for producers on digital distribution, and helping stations to maintain digital audio libraries and to exchange programmes in digital formats.
With Panos support, we are producing a half-hour programme 'Jibika', which aims to establish a clear link between policy framers, implementation agencies and targeted populations under the Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper development activities in Nepal. The programme is now broadcast to around 16 radio stations.
We have always found Panos South Asia to be cooperative, open and transparent without compromising on the quality of work.
